Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end
marketing and business development strategy
for Bulk SMS and related communication products.
Identify and tap into new business opportunities, enterprise clients, and channel partners.
Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align offerings with market demand.
Manage and grow existing key accounts while driving customer retention.
Plan and execute result-oriented digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Set KPIs and performance goals for the sales and marketing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in Bulk SMS / A2P messaging / CPaaS / Telecom tech sales or marketing.
Proven experience in
B2B marketing, lead generation, and business strategy.
Strong knowledge of DLT registration, telecom regulations, and enterprise messaging solutions.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a small team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
