Role Overview



We are looking for a Business Marketing & Coordination Executive with strong communication, coordination, and marketing skills to support business growth and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing & Business Development Plan and design marketing campaigns for WhatsApp, social media, and email promotions. Identify and prospect new customers through outbound calls and online research. Prepare presentations, quotations, and samples for clients. Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback. Coordinate with internal divisions for timely order fulfillment. Prepare MIS reports, maintain customer accounts, billing, and inventory. Track and achieve assigned sales targets.

Office & Coordination Responsibilities



Provide office coordination and secretarial support. Manage inter-department communication and follow up on assigned tasks. Conduct meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and maintain records. Handle staff recruitment, candidate interviews, induction, and payroll coordination. Support HR activities such as attendance, incentives, rewards, and recognition. Prepare tour bills, credit/debit notes, and reports. Coordinate with government agencies (Municipal, Labour Dept., DDA, FSSAI, DCD, Fire, Police, etc.) for regulatory compliance. Manage logistics, export documentation, office administration, inventory, and housekeeping. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Female candidates preferred. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Smart, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in social media and digital marketing campaigns. Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table), Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ?25,352.52 - ?30,338.62 per month
