We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to lead client acquisition efforts in the Supply Chain Finance space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working capital solutions, vendor financing, or supply chain finance, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This is an individual contributor role focused on new business development, requiring deep market understanding, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisitions and generate business opportunities within the Supply Chain Finance segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and structure tailored financing and working capital solutions.
• Consistently achieve individual acquisition and sales targets.
• Track market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the segment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process and client satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, or Vendor Financing acquisition.
• No gaps in education or employment; demonstrated consistency in past roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
