The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in the education or EdTech sector, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to drive growth through strong execution and innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned regions (Nerul & Nagpur).- Drive revenue growth through B2C/B2B channel partnerships, enterprise accounts, and direct sales.- Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and growth areas.- Manage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.- Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and customer success.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Tech) for market feedback and business alignment.- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through data-driven strategies.- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.Requirements:- Minimum 12 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/business management role in the EdTech or Education industry.- Proven track record of scaling business operations and managing teams.- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and digital sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and work with digital products/platforms.- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.Preferred Skills:- Experience in EdTech K-12, Higher Education, Test Prep, or Online Learning platforms.- Strong data orientation and decision-making skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales dashboards.
