The Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales closures in the interior design industry. This role requires a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of interior products/services, and proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound leads from digital/field marketing campaigns.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored interior solutions.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Prepare and present proposals/quotations.
Follow-up diligently to close deals.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the point of contact throughout the design and execution phases.
Coordination with Design & Operations Team
Coordinate with the design team to ensure customer requirements are understood.
Assist in project handover from sales to execution.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
