Job Summary:

Jayalakshmi Silks is looking for an experienced and driven

Business Manager

to lead the retail operations of our

Palarivattom branch

in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail store management, people leadership, and sales performance with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive overall

store sales and meet revenue targets

Ensure brand-aligned

visual merchandising (VM) standards

Manage

stock replenishment

and coordinate with the

Purchase Team

Monitor

staff performance

daily, weekly, and monthly Conduct

reviews

of staff and department heads Lead

team communication

and solve operational and HR issues Maintain

staff grooming standards

and resolve customer complaints Ensure smooth

store operations and staff availability

, especially during peak hours and weekends Improve

customer experience

, handle

Google reviews

, and track walkouts Maintain and analyze

daily and department-wise sales reports

Organize proper

training and onboarding

for new team members

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate

in any discipline

Minimum 5 years

of experience in a reputed retail brand as a Store Manager or equivalent Proven ability to manage

large teams (45+)

Experience handling

store turnovers of ?10-15 Cr/year

Strong people management, communication, and leadership skills High energy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
