Job Description

A Business Manager is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets, and overseeing daily store or category operations. The role requires strong leadership, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer experience and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets for the assigned store/category. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and inventory movement. Develop and execute business strategies to maximize sales and minimize costs. Ensure smooth daily operations, including merchandising, stock management, and team coordination. Lead, motivate, and guide the sales and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.. Identify new business opportunities and areas for process improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools. Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Graduation 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer durables. Prior experience in a leadership role within a multi-brand retail environment will be an added advantage.
