We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager with strong experience in the FMCG Import & Export sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing operations, and building strong client relationships in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
oManage and oversee day-to-day business operations related to import & export activities.
oDevelop strategies to expand business opportunities in international markets.
oEnsure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and trade policies.
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
oMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
oLead negotiations with buyers, distributors, and logistics partners.
oDrive cost optimization and ensure profitability in trade operations.
oPrepare periodic reports on sales, business development, and market expansion.
oCollaborate with finance and operations teams for smooth execution of trade deals.
Qualifications & Skills:
oGraduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
oMinimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Import & Export business.
oStrong knowledge of international trade practices, shipping, and logistics.
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
oAbility to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
oProficiency in MS Office
