Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Business Manager (Female)
to manage branch operations, drive admissions, and grow our business. You will handle sales, marketing, and team management to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales and marketing to attract students and corporate clients.
Manage the admissions process from inquiries to enrollment.
Drive business growth through new courses, partnerships, and strategies.
Lead and motivate a team of counselors and sales executives.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
Conduct market research and track competitors.
Prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales, admissions, or business management (education industry preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
