Key Responsibilities:
Drive
sales growth
and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Supervise and
lead the sales and service team
to deliver high performance.
Ensure
excellent customer satisfaction
through effective service and complaint resolution.
Analyze sales reports and implement
strategies to improve performance

Maintain store discipline, staff attendance, and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with Category Business Manager and Head Office for promotional activities and stock planning.
Train, motivate, and evaluate team members for better productivity and growth.
