The Business Manager (BFSI) will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets within the BFSI sector. The role focuses on team management, client acquisition, relationship management, and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure process efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve performance targets.
Monitor sales performance, revenue metrics, and operational KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Skills Required:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the BFSI industry in a business management, sales, or leadership role.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector.
Proven experience in handling sales targets, revenue growth, and team management.
Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or lending products is preferred.
Salary - Up to ?4.5 LPA (based on interview performance)
