Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:- Drive business growth by managing on-ground sales activities across assigned territories in Rajasthan.- Lead a team of field sales executives to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.- Conduct market visits to generate leads, acquire new customers, and build strong business relationships.- Identify new business opportunities, develop local area plans, and ensure effective territory coverage.- Monitor sales performance and guide the team on lead conversion, product pitching, and customer engagement.- Conduct regular training and performance reviews of the field sales team.Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, etc.)- Strong team handling, business development, and negotiation skills- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan- Good understanding of local market dynamics- Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent in communicationApply Now: Shashi| HR|TeamFor more details, contact: 8460886875 (ref:updazz.com)
