Note: The job is open for Gurgaon, Bangalore and Pune and Hyderabad Location and for US shift Platforms : majorly for Drizly, Instacart and Amazon. In case if the candidate have some knowledge on any of the below mentioned 2-3 platforms we can consider as well looking over the short timelines. Skai, Amazon, Criteo, Instacart, Drizly, Flaviar, Door Dash, Provi, Uber, ALBSCO, GoPuff, BottleCapps, ReserveBar, Kroger Highlights : Campaign Setups, optimizations, reporting and quality assurance. Details : Based on tactical plan approval - implement tactics, manage and optimize campaigns against agreed upon campaign timelines and KPIs Management and optimization of campaigns including use of appropriate tools (e.g., Pacvue and Skai) For self-service ad formats: Campaign Structure Review // Ongoing i.Review covered retailer\'s campaign structure and highlight what is working, identify areas that may be impeding growth or producing inefficiencies and provide relevant recommendations to address these areas or inefficiencies ii.Create account & campaign architecture iii.Organize keywords and placements based on best practices iv.Implement appropriate match types, match type hierarchy, keyword fencing, and negatives Keyword Analysis and Development // Weekly i.Analyze search behavior, including seasonality, time of day, keyword, placement research and KPI performance on partner platforms leveraging available tools ii.Develop keyword builds aligned with Pernod\'s agreed upon KPIs. Review and monitor account performance versus goal on a keyword level basis weekly and adjust (search query reports, keyword research, bid adjustments, negative keywords) Audience / Placement Analysis and Development // Quarterly i.Where applicable, analyze audience behaviors, audience sizing and develop approach to reaching audiences via relevant placements Audience / Placement Analysis and Development // Ongoing i.Optimize media placements and targeting against in-market performance For partner managed service ad formats: Organize briefing meetings and detailed RFP documents for partner tactical plans Negotiate rates and programs to achieve the greatest efficiency and in the client\'s best interests while also leveraging Publicis Groupe deals and access whenever appropriate For all channels and ad formats: Product SKU analysis // Weekly i.Analyze SKU level performance and make ongoing optimization recommendations specific to which SKU\'s to sponsor based on Pernod business objectives and SKU-level media performance Ongoing Quality Assurance // Weekly i.Conduct ongoing weekly and monthly reviews to maintain the integrity of the campaigns across all covered retailers Routine Optimizations // Daily, Weekly, Monthly Monitor, forecast and pace against agreed upon tactical plan parameters Budget flighting adjustments for seasonality and tentpole events Reallocate budgets across tactics as needed, seeking to maximize KPI outcomes within budget Bid optimization (including management of automation) , Assortment, inventory, OOS and ineligibility related campaign adjustments Scheduled reporting // Two-week check in, Monthly, Campaign Wrap Report e Commere performance reports to follow OmniMedia reporting cadence and format, and will include: Media pacing, campaign media performance, optimization recommendations Integrated with pre-pop reporting as a part of omni-media channel planning at same cadence
