Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, including market segmentation, customer targeting, and promotional activities.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and training to optimize individual and team performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals like doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators to promote product usage and secure new business.
Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry regulations to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track sales metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
Sales Forecasting:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections to support business planning.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
Desired Skills:
Proven track record of Pharma sales especially in Oncology OR General division.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to lead and inspire a sales team.
Ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed business decisions.
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, their therapeutic benefits, and clinical data.
Thorough understanding of industry regulations and ethical standards.
