Qualifications & Required Skills
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
Experience
: Proven 5+ years in category management or product leadership--preferably in industrial components, pumps, or mechanical systems.
Analytical Prowess
: Strong ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and forecast demand.
Commercial Acumen
: Expertise in supplier negotiation, pricing models, and margin optimization.
Cross-functional Coordination
: Skilled at collaborating across departments and driving multi-stakeholder initiatives.
