Job Description



To support the LSEG Hyderabad site lead, Gemini Business Mgr and Program in defining the function\'s strategy, driving the integration and managing business performance for Hyderabad in line with the central Technology Business Management function. Transition and set up the operating cadence from the Gemini program.

- Supports the LSEG site lead, Gemini Business Manager & Gemini program to define and deliver the function\'s strategy - Supports, drives, captures, documenting Line of Business strategy to create a Hyderabad specific Lens in conjunction with the Gemini program - Define, document and implement Ecosystem / Brand / Comms sustainably plan - Support creation and execution of Target Operating Model

  • Supports the Technology Business Management Team and works closely with central Technology Business Management Function as required on behalf of Gemini Business Mgr.
  • Advocates for the adoption of innovative technology and modern delivery techniques to foster collaboration and agility and to improve customer experience
  • Oversees the development, implementation and governance of the transition phase from Program to Operations
  • Measures the business performance of all capabilities and services
- Manages relationships with technology and business leadership, as well as with central Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, etc. - Support adhoc initiatives as required

Shape and deliver against Hyderabad specific strategy Implement and ensure LSEG forms part of the Hyderabad ecosystem Execution of Target Operating Model
  • Significant experience of managing start up locations, with strong knowledge of local market intelligence. Business operations experience in a complex organisation in a global financial services, FinTech, or Technology organisation
  • Experience with growing and transforming technology organisations with scaled agile frameworks
  • Proven track record in the design and implementation of business policies and procedures
  • Sound business acumen, good organisational awareness and strategic approach to problem solving



\xe2\x80\x98- Strong leadership skills in managing individuals and leading high performing teams.
  • Experience of defining strategic goals for functions/divisions and systems for measuring goal attainment. - Ability to influence at alllevels of the organisation
  • Experience successfully managing complex transformations including but not limited to human resources, finances, operations or strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to partner with external Technology organisations, developing the approach and negotiating terms
Experience of establishing an Agile culture
  • Leadership and management experience at Director or equivalent level, managing global teams in a matrix environment

  • Gravitas to interface with Local IT government, industry peers and LSEG CIOs
  • Ability to influence across multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions
  • Experience of successfully planning and delivering large scale complex Technology integration and Technology transformation programmes
  • Excellent communicator Experience of successfully planning and delivering large scale complex Technology integration and Technology transformation programmes with proven track record of establishing meaningful relationships with the executive leadership
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Listens and communicates technical subjects to both technical and nontechnical audiences, flexes style to suit the needs of the audience
  • Ability to work with others effectively, with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams
  • Frequently keeps up-to-date with the latest industry developments
