Managing headcount for the domain, including forecasting, position management for internal and external staff, vendor procurement activities, managing perm hiring and backfills . Supporting on annual planning cycles and ongoing governance of the book of work, including milestone and benefits management, adherence to governance frameworks and others . Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams (IT Project and Programme Managers) and other stakeholders COO, Finance, Sourcing Team, HR . Supporting IT Project and Programme Manager with their ongoing Project Management activities . Managing multiple ad hoc and short timeframe requests . Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to avoid manual intervention . Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes Your Skills and Experience: Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting portfolios of complex transformation programmes with standardised methodologies or frameworks Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies. Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including ability to create formula based Management Information.
