Purpose:
- Responsible for people service delivery design, development, and implementation.
- Manager for functional governance, risk management & continuity of services
- Responsible for technology, data & analytics enablement of function
- Responsible for project management oversight to functional projects and program.
Scope:
- This role works collaboratively with Global Business Services and Human Resources in a matrixed environment.
- Works in partnership with the senior management team for implementation of programs and monitoring effectiveness across multiple geographies.
- Scope and complexity of programs will vary, typically defining and implementing global programs.
- Recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function
- Contributes to the development of strategy.
- Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges / regulatory issues.
- Recommend process, product, or service improvements.
- Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities.
- Includes accountability of global service delivery
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage programs, projects, processes with accountability for the global people services delivery from inception through to implementation.
- Accountable for creating and driving the strategy and vision of Process Excellence across the global people services landscape, ensuring alignment and where required adaption to cultural and local regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Build knowledge repository across the business community globally. Maintain excellent relationships with internal clients and colleagues while working with outside vendors to drive the global model.
- Interacts with all levels of the organization promote more effective use of existing tools and processes.
- Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities.
- Leads, motivates, and develops employees to maximize role model behaviors along with culture & values of our organization.
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods to embed continuous improvement as a culture.
- Adapts and executes global functional business plans across employee process and policy. Drive an improved employee experience through the employee lifecycle process.
Graduate Degree and/or Relevant Experience
Professional Certifications/Others:
Preferred \xe2\x80\x93 PMP or Similar Required \xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of Human Resources, Service Delivery Projects & Transitions
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Experience in large scale global people services transformation programs
- Experience in Human Resources or Services/Global Business Services ways of working including ability to manage service delivery effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management experience across process and technology
- Experience in managing teams with varied portfolio.
- Experience in managing global transitions from core functions to Global Business Service model.
