Duties
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track client interactions and project progress.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client goals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies that promote client services.
Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and various CRM software platforms.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and project management.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Experience in customer relationship management and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
