Medical transcription (MT) is the manual processing of voice reports dictated by physicians and other healthcare professionals into text format. The MT team of a hospital typically receives the voice files with the dictation of medical documents from
Roles and Responsibilities Willing to work in night shift. Will have to coordinate with other departments for resolving customer's complaints and fulfilling their requests. Will be responsible to resolve customer's query in a timely manner over calls and emails. Knowledge on MIS reporting would be an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile Prior experience in U.S process (Semi-Voice). Male candidates preferred. At least 1+ years experience in international call center. Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory. Fresher with Good communication can apply for this position. Preference would be given to BBM/BBA graduates. Prefer Immediate Joiner.
