Job Opening: Business Loan Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:Salary & Benefits

Back Office Operations:

Efficiently handle day-to-day tasks such as data entry, document verification, and record maintenance. Manage and track internal processes to ensure smooth operations.

CRM Management:

Learn and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for managing customer data and records. Support the team in updating and maintaining accurate client information in the system.

SOP and TAT Compliance:

Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks. Ensure timely completion of tasks as per the Turnaround Time (TAT) guidelines.

Bank Policy Adherence:

Gain knowledge of the organization's banking policies and ensure compliance during operations. Assist in implementing and monitoring bank-specific policies in routine tasks.

Email Communication:

Draft and send professional emails to bankers and other stakeholders. Handle email correspondence for approvals, clarifications, and updates.

Approvals and Documentation:

Assist in processing approvals by verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. Maintain records of approval workflows and follow up with relevant teams.

Disbursement Processes:

Support the disbursement process by ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate with the team to facilitate timely disbursement.
