with 2 years of experience in handling MSME/SME business loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness, and maintaining client relationships to meet loan disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential clients for business loans (secured/unsecured).
Assess client requirements and eligibility for various loan products.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Explain loan products, interest rates, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify documents required for loan processing (KYC, financials, bank statements, etc.).
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan approval and disbursal.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and lending norms.
Follow up with customers for pending documents, EMI reminders, and customer support.
Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Maintain MIS reports, daily activity logs, and update CRM systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, CAs, brokers, and financial consultants.

Field sales experience in BFSI sector preferred
Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in
business loans or SME lending
Knowledge of local market and business segments will be an added advantage
