Business Loan Credit & Documentation Officer

Job Description

Verify and scrutinize business loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness Check KYC, financials, bank statements, GST returns, and income documents Ensure documents comply with lender policies, credit norms, and RBI guidelines Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for case clarification Support credit assessment by preparing and validating credit files Identify discrepancies, deviations, and missing documents and follow up for resolution Ensure timely login of cases with lenders to meet turnaround time (TAT) Maintain proper documentation records (physical and digital) Minimize rejection rates through accurate documentation and quality checks Support approval, sanction, and disbursement processes Ensure confidentiality and data security of customer information Maintain accurate MIS for file status, approvals, and pendency Assist in audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews Stay updated on lender credit policies and documentation requirements Support smooth coordination between sales, credit, and operations teams

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
