Build, onboard, and manage a network of business loan connectors, referral agents, and influencers
Identify and activate new connectors to increase business loan sourcing
Drive consistent business loan lead generation through the connector network
Achieve monthly login, approval, and disbursement targets through connectors
Train connectors on business loan products, eligibility norms, and documentation requirements
Support connectors in case structuring, file login, and lender coordination
Ensure quality sourcing with low rejection and deviation rates
Maintain strong relationships with active connectors to improve productivity
Track connector performance, conversions, and payout eligibility
Reactivate inactive or low-performing connectors through engagement and support
Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams for timely case movement
Ensure adherence to company policies, lender guidelines, and compliance standards
Maintain accurate MIS for leads, logins, approvals, disbursements, and payouts
Resolve connector queries related to cases, commissions, and turnaround time
Share market insights, competitor activity, and connector feedback with management
