We have an urgent opportunity for

Business Line Manager (Oil & Gas/ Process Industries)

position

with one of the Global manufacturers of vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, blowers, compressors and gas abatement systems

Key Role Contribution & Accountabilities

Business Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the business strategy for the Oil & Gas vertical in alignment with Busch's regional and global objectives. Identify new market opportunities, applications, and projects across upstream, midstream and downstream segments. Drive revenue growth, margin improvement and order intake for vacuum and overpressure solutions.

Sales & Key Account Management

Lead and support the sales organization on large bids, EPC projects and strategic accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPCs and channel partners. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and pricing strategies.

Technical & Solution Leadership

Act as the business and application expert for Oil & Gas processes requiring vacuum and compression technologies. Collaborate with engineering, service, and product management teams to deliver customized, value-based solutions. Ensure technical compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Service, Operations and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Support product positioning, campaigns and technical seminars for the Oil & Gas sector.

People & Performance Management

Coach and guide sales and application teams to improve technical competence and commercial effectiveness. Track KPIs, pipeline health, forecasts and business performance metrics.

Preconditions:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred). 15 to 18 years of experience in Oil & Gas, process industries, or industrial equipment solutions. Strong exposure to vacuum systems, compressors, pumps, or rotating equipment (preferred). Proven experience in handling EPC projects and strategic accounts.
