The Business Head will be responsible for driving overall business growth, profitability, and sustainability of the organization. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and execute business plans that align with company goals. The Business Head will oversee multiple functions including sales, marketing, operations, and team management, ensuring optimum performance and achievement of KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
Establish long-term vision and goals aligned with the organization's objectives.
Business Development & Sales:
Drive sales performance and profitability across all verticals.
Build strong client relationships and expand customer base.
Negotiate and close high-value deals and partnerships.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across departments.
Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for team members.
Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Recommend product/service improvements and new launches.
Adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
Reporting & Governance:
Provide timely and accurate reports to the management/board.
Ensure transparency in business processes and decision-making.

Proven track record of business development, P&L responsibility, and team management.
