Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Lead
to spearhead business operations at NY ESTILO. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can oversee the entire customer journey -- from lead generation and sales conversion to design execution and project implementation. The Business Lead will play a key role in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
Build and execute strategies to convert leads into projects.
Develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Provide guidance and direction to the design, factory production, and implementation teams.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
Project & Operations Management
Oversee project pipeline from initial inquiry to final handover.
Monitor design approvals, factory production schedules, and site execution timelines.
Implement efficient processes to maintain high quality and on-time delivery.
Strategic & Financial Oversight
Track performance metrics across teams and implement continuous improvements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Report business performance and growth opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Architecture/Interior Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business leadership, preferably in interiors, real estate, or modular furniture industry.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing coordination, and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive business growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
