Site Name: Field Worker - IND Rx Posted Date: Jul 20 2023 India LOC has launched Shingrix in April 2023. This is the most prestigious and high impact launch for the organization. From the recent launch experience across EM markets and the launch strategy of Shingrix - emerging alternate channels for vaccination will be a key driver of the business and imperative for the success of the launch. To ensure we achieve the above objective we propose a separate vertical which will be focused on creating emerging alternate channels for vaccination. The proposed role is for leading business in 1 out of 4 zones of this critical business vertical. Develop an integrated launch plan / strategy for capturing the growth opportunity from emerging alternate channels including the below Diagnostic labs Pharmacies e-Pharmacies Healthcare Apps Assisted Living / Home care for elderly Private Hospitals Government Institution Accounts Critical part of the success of this strategy would require this position to liase with key stakeholders (e.g., CXOs & their teams) of the companies across the above channels, to build a joint business plan and execute the same. This position is required to collaborate with internal cross functional teams across compliance, legal, finance, marketing, commercial excellence, and business analytics to ensure appropriate process flows, work norms, KPIs This position is an individual contributor, however, will work closely with the Shingrix sales teams (140 Specialists and 27 Business Leads), as well as regional managers of General Medicines & Paed vaccines businesses In addition to the above, the team will be required to set-up partnerships with 3rd party teams to leverage the channel opportunities.
