to work directly with the Owner & Head of Growth on:
Mapping & auditing existing business processes (sales funnel, back-office, service support).
Designing & documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Sales, Marketing & Aftermarket.
Developing role-wise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Conducting data-driven analysis of customer segments, product performance & profitability.
Preparing recommendations for future business strategies, growth opportunities and market intelligence.
This is a high-visibility internship where you'll touch multiple functions and see how an industrial trading business is run end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Business Audit
: Review current processes, identify gaps, create process maps.
SOP Development
: Draft detailed SOPs for sales lead management, customer follow-up, spares upselling, marketing outreach, and back-office support.
KPI Design
: Work with leadership to define KPIs for each role (sales engineer, service engineer, back office, accountant, etc.) and build simple scorecards.
Market & Data Analytics
: Analyze past sales data, customer lists, and competitor activity to generate insights for new markets, product lines or pricing.
Strategy Support
: Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and business plans for expansion and R&D initiatives.
