The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the effective utilization of business intelligence tools and resources. Key Responsibilities: \xef\x83\x98 Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their performance and professional development. \xef\x83\x98 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements. \xef\x83\x98 Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations for the organization. \xef\x83\x98 Designand maintain robust reporting systems and dashboards that provide real-time business performance insights. \xef\x83\x98 Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of various business initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement. \xef\x83\x98 Workclosely with cross-functional teams to drive data quality and consistency across the organization. \xef\x83\x98 Stayupdated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics. \xef\x83\x98 Ensurecompliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data. Qualifications and Experience: \xef\x83\x98 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99sdegree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus. \xef\x83\x98 Provenexperience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. \xef\x83\x98 Strongleadership and team management skills. \xef\x83\x98 Proficiencyin data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL. \xef\x83\x98 Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities. \xef\x83\x98 Effectivecommunication and presentation skills.
