Job Description

5+ years of experience with Power BI Design and maintain scalable, high-performance Power BI and data analytics architecture. Develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modeling techniques.Design and maintain efficient tabular and relational data models (star/snowflake schema) optimized for performance and scalability. Build and manage reusable datasets, dataflows, and semantic models to support enterprise-wide analytics. Integrate data from multiple sources Conduct tuning, indexing, and caching to enhance report and dataset performance. Implement and optimize Power BI gateway connections, dataset refresh schedules, and incremental refresh policies. Apply best practices in DAX optimization, query folding, caching, and report load performance tuning. Configure and manage row-level and object-level security to ensure secure and governed data access. Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align Power BI solutions with enterprise data warehouse and cloud architecture. Maintain deployment pipelines, source control, automation. Document data models, workflows, and design decisions, ensuring traceability and maintainability. Troubleshoot report performance, refresh failures, and connectivity issues across environments * Candidate should have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
