The Team:

The Business Intelligence (BI) team is crucial component of Business Operations strategy, working collaboratively across business lines & shared capabilities group to transform raw data into meaningful insights. The primary objective is to empower decision-makers with accurate, timely, and actionable information, riving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of informed decision making. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, the team contributes to the success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Migration and Technology Integration:
  • Lead the migration of BI tools and dashboards from tableau to Power BI, ensuring a seamless transition and improved functionality.
  • Evaluate and integrate new BI technologies, keeping abreast of industry trends.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience and performance.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage and inspire a team of BI professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide strategic direction and support for the team\'s growth and success.
Data Collection and Integration:
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and collect relevant data sources.
  • Integrate disparate data sets from internal and external sources into a centralized and coherent data warehouse.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of standardized and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders at various levels.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance decision-making through advanced analytical techniques.
Dashboard Development:
  • Design and create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using BI tools like Power BI
  • Ensure dashboards align with business objectives and provide actionable insights.
Infrastructure Development:
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable BI infrastructure.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security.
User Training and Support:
  • Provide training sessions to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
  • Offer ongoing support to ensure users can leverage BI resources effectively.
Performance Optimization:
  • Identify and implement optimizations to enhance the performance of BI processes and reporting.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the BI environment meets evolving business needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, IT, and other relevant departments to align BI initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Communicate insights and findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
What We\'re Looking For:
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience on Agile project implementation methods or usage of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) tool
  • Proven experience in migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
  • Extensive experience in managing BI teams and leading complex BI projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on their feet in ambiguous situations
  • Strong knowledge of BI technologies, AI, ML, and data visualization principles.
  • Familiarity with machine learning model deployment and integration with BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
