Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer, Customer Experience Strategy based in Bangalore, India. Our team inspects, measures, and drives improvements to Amazon's customer experience, partnering with senior leaders across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and demonstrate advanced problem solving, analysis, modeling, and reporting skills. You will be passionate about analyzing large data sets, leveraging multiple sources, and exploring new analytical tools to answer complex business questions. You will also be able to independently plan scope of a project, understand the problem statement, construct the analysis, identify data sources and execute the study end to end.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, working with business and technical stakeholders.
