Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation Assure the effective implementation of performance and reporting systems globally for SCM (Supply Chain Management) and TTL (Trade, Transport and Logistics) covering all Business Units, with focus on improvement of the processes along the value chain to improve customer satisfaction Your responsibilities Manage the PG SCM and TTL global performance reporting - timely and accurate reporting of performance Validate and improve reporting quality - continue to enhance data accuracy, integrity and report outcomes Support development of KPIs, key metrics, and critical data point analysis. Manage the annual planning process. Will be the global lead and Subject Matter Expert on certain aspects of performance management process. Be part of the core team leading the roll out and adoption of the new global performance management system (New SCMIS). Key account manager for performance management process for at least two BUs and one sub-function. Managing global data base and reporting system. Support consistency and improvement in the visualization of data Your background Graduate in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Excellent analytical and data mining skills Power BI knowledge - intermediate level Well-developed customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration. High communication standards, and ability to effectively engage senior leadership at global level Excellent cross/inter-cultural skills and capable in working with different cultures Ability to learn quickly and adapt learned methodologies to train others
