We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
This role involves working with BI tools, building dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to define reporting needs and optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support analytical needs.
Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
Create automated reporting processes and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and project teams.
Support forecasting, data modeling, ETL operations, and data validation.
Skills:
2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
Proficiency in SQL, DAX and experience working with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, functions, and data modeling.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Statistical analysis, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree in Business Analytics or Data Science preferred.
Certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Specialist, Google Data Analytics are highly desirable.
