Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions. Reporting & Visualization: Create interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights in an understandable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic Recommendations: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that help improve business operations, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic planning. Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand data needs and ensure the generated insights align with company goals and objectives. Data Management: Develop and maintain data collection methods, manage data models, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Key Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency with database query languages (like SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and potentially programming languages (e.g., Python). Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to ask critical questions, find meaningful patterns in complex data, and identify operational gaps. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and how data analytics can be used to drive value and improve performance. Communication: The ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders, making them simple and meaningful. Education: A bachelor's degree in fields like computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, or a related area is often required.
