Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, data refresh failures, performance, and report behavior in Power BI and SSRS dashboards and reports

Investigate and diagnose issues across SQL Server, OData feeds, Power BI Service, SSAS, and Datamartlayers. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze, reproduce, and resolve BI-related issues. Maintain and support SSAS Tabular Models and Multidimensional Cubes for scalable reporting and analytics. Write, analyze, and optimize T-SQL queries, including views and stored procedures, for reporting and semantic layers. Support and implement Planview data repositories to meet customer reporting requirements. Analyze and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines, data loads, and transformations that feed data warehouses. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across Planview source systems, Automart, Datamart, and reporting layers. Assist customers with Datamart configuration and best practices for reporting

Support Power BI Service configurations, including workspaces, datasets, gateways, refresh schedules, and security. Implement and troubleshoot Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI and role-based security in SSAS. Optimize dataset refresh strategies and report performancein enterprise environments. Collaborate with product, engineering, hosting, and support teams to communicate BI findings and escalate issues when required

Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, data models, known issues, and best practices

Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence Development or Support Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, Power BI Service). Experience developing and supporting SSRS reports. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, including performance optimization. Experience working with OData feeds for enterprise reporting. Hands-on experience with SSAS Tabular Models and/or Multidimensional Cubes. Solid understanding of Data Warehousing (Datamart & Automart) concepts and implementations. Familiarity with Azure SQL, Azure Analysis Services, Power BI Gateways, and Microsoft Fabric. Proven experience in customer-facing BI support roles. Exceptional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across data, semantic, and visualization layers. Remarkable communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Relevant Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
