Job Title : Business Integration Engineer
Location : Kolkata
Employment Type : Permanent, full-time
Experience Required:3to 5years
Reporting to : Head of IT Infrastructure, Kolkata
Requirements :
- Design and implement integrations between business applications and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation, via APIs and other integration tools
- Automate business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, including procurement, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across departments
- Provide technical support for integrated systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve existing processes and tools.
Desirable skills :
- Experience using PowerBI to create reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and version control, from an Engineering background or similar
- Understanding of data privacy, regulatory and cybersecurity standards
- Hands on experience with hardware/IoT device automation and integration
