The Business In-Charge for Abrasives Sales and Marketing will spearhead the growth of the abrasives product line by developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and building strong customer relationships. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the abrasives segment.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for abrasives products.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in various industrial sectors.
Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Explore new markets and sectors to promote abrasives solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Provide customized solutions to meet client requirements.
Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase abrasives solutions.
Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Train sales teams and customers on the technical aspects and benefits of abrasive products.
Lead the sales and marketing team, setting goals and providing regular feedback.
Conduct performance reviews and encourage professional development.
