Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations within the facility.
Monitor employee day to day job roles with the respective Team leads and make final report at the day end .
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of talent.
Coordinate employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Organisation Employee Engagement & R&R programs.
Administer HR budget for organising events.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and performance management systems.
Monitor Company registrations & official register with HR team once or twice in a month.
Collaborate with management to address organizational development needs and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide a fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources Management.
3-6 years of progressive HR experience.
Females Preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
