1.Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
Identify emerging technologies and market trends to expand service offerings. o Define and manage go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement.
Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with technology vendors, system integrators, and clients.
2. P&L Management
Full ownership of the division's P&L, including revenue, cost optimization, and profitability. o Establish annual business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Drive operational efficiencies and monitor key financial metrics (gross margin, EBIDTA, etc.).
3. Business Development & Client Management
Build and manage key client relationships at CXO level.
Lead large enterprise deals from prospecting to closure.
Oversee account mining and upselling of IT services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company in industry forums and client presentations.
4. Delivery Excellence & Operations
Oversee delivery of IT projects and services with high quality and adherence to timelines. o Ensure alignment of project execution with customer requirements and SLAs.
Implement strong governance, performance metrics, and risk management frameworks.
Drive automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Leadership & Team Management
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across sales, delivery, and support.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning and capability development.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
Present regular business performance reports to top management.
