Create and manage Quick Service Restaurant brand vertical Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, QA/QC, Production, Procurement, Marketing, etc.) Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets Develop and maintain project documentation Collaborate with vendors and suppliers Conduct regular project reviews and prepare progress reports Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices Train and guide team members to ensure project objectives are met * Ensure product quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
