Job Overview:

Business Head

to lead our organization towards sustained growth and success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and previous experience in a CEO or equivalent executive leadership role. You will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and vision for the company. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in processes. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures. Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market. Report directly to the board and provide regular updates on business performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in business leadership roles. Proven experience as a CEO, Business Head, or similar executive position. Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage large teams and complex projects. Excellent understanding of corporate finance and performance management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
