Roles & Responsibilities

u Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the branch.

u Responsible for revenue targets of the branch.

u Lead a team of professionals in business development and customer retention and provide guidance to meet excellent customer service expectations.

u Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's client base and increase revenue.

u Identify opportunities for growth and market penetration while maintaining existing client relationships.

u Maintaining excellent relationship with brokers and insurers

u Liaison with insurance companies and brokers in the smooth service delivery

u Regular client meetings, tracking and reporting to HO

u Attend review meetings of all large clients and ensure renewal of accounts.

u Managing branch expenses and maintaining efficient spend.

u Ensure that the branch operates in full compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

u Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and handling escalations.

u Strive to enhance customer satisfaction, nurture customer delight and thereby loyalty.

u Foster a positive and productive work environment for the branch team.

u Provide leadership, motivation and mentorship to team members to maximize their potential and performance.

u Prepare regular reports on the branch's performance, financials and other relevant metrics.

u Present the reports to top management and participate in strategic planning discussions.

u Identify training needs within the branch and arrange suitable training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

u Contant interaction with HO to address escalations.

u Collaborate with other branches, departments, and stakeholders within the organization to achieve overall company objectives and ensure seamless operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
