We are looking for an energetic and visionary Business Head (aged 35-45) to lead our newly established spice manufacturing unit focused on

premium, pure, and unadulterated spices & seasonings

. The role demands strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong business acumen to build and scale the brand in competitive domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage all operations of the new factory including production, procurement, and supply chain. Maintain top-tier quality control standards to ensure purity, authenticity, and compliance with FSSAI and international norms. Develop strong procurement channels to source high-quality raw spices from trusted suppliers. Drive business growth through effective sales, marketing, branding, and export strategy. Position the company as a leading premium spice brand in India and overseas. Optimize production efficiency, cost management, and timely order fulfillment. Establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade channels. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Age:

35-45 years

. Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Food Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in

FMCG/food manufacturing

; exposure to spices/seasonings preferred. Excellent knowledge of Spice Industry trends, markets and export potential.
