Role Description This is a full-time role on-site in Chennai for a Business Head of the Solar Panels Division at Evolve Energy Group. The Business Head will be responsible for defining and implementing business strategies, managing and motivating a team, overseeing daily operations, and driving revenue growth of the Solar Panels Division. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and an experienced Business Head to lead our growing range of Solar Panel products in Southern India. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in solar panels business development and sales in India Proven track record of success in leading a team, achieving revenue targets and driving growth Understanding of the renewable energy market in India and Southern India, familiarity of government policies for solar power Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills Strong business acumen and analytical skills Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients in various states of Southern India Demonstrated proficiency in English and local language Preference for experience in a solar panel manufacturing company and hands-on exposure to solar panel technologies, installation, and commissioning
