Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Business Head - Solar Division

to lead and grow our solar business. This role will own the

sales strategy, profitability, channel network, and team leadership

for the solar vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the

solar EPC / rooftop / project business

and a proven ability to scale revenue and margins.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with

EPC contractors, developers, architects, consultants, builders, and government bodies

Drive

sales, revenue, and profitability

for the solar division Build, appoint, and manage

dealer and partner networks

Lead the

sales team

, monitor targets, pipeline, collections, and performance Coordinate with

technical and project teams

for feasibility, execution, and after-sales Manage

RFPs, tenders, quotations, and technical documentation

Oversee

credit control, collections, and customer limits

Track

MIS, forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor activity

Support

branding, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions

Ensure smooth

logistics, deliveries, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years

of experience in the

solar / renewable energy industry

12-18 years

of overall sales, business development, or leadership experience Strong background in

solar EPC, rooftop projects, or B2B solar sales

Proven ability to manage

dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams

Excellent

negotiation, communication, and commercial skills

Experience in

MIS, credit control, collections, and ERP/SAP

is a plus Strong analytical and decision-making ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
