Role SummaryThe Business Head - IFM will lead the company's Integrated Facility Management and Physical Security operations across India and select international markets. This role carries full responsibility for business growth, P&L performance, client retention, and operational excellence. The incumbent will drive strategic expansion through technology-enabled service delivery, people leadership, and customer-centric innovation.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Leadership :- Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with corporate goals.- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the IFM and security services sector.- Lead market penetration initiatives across new geographies and service verticals.Business & Financial Management :- Own the P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and financial discipline.- Drive cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.- Oversee bid management, tender responses, and large contract negotiations.Operations Excellence :- Ensure seamless operational delivery and compliance with service-level commitments.- Implement technology-led solutions to enhance efficiency and transparency.- Establish business continuity, safety, and quality frameworks across sites.Client & Stakeholder Engagement :- Cultivate strong client partnerships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.- Represent the company in key client meetings, industry forums, and business networks.- Maintain strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams for service integration.People Leadership :- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across business units.- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with HR, safety, and statutory policies.Key Skills & Competencies :- Strategic business planning and P&L management- Integrated Facility Management & Physical Security Solutions- Business development and key account management- Tech-driven operational transformation- Leadership, team building, and stakeholder management- Risk management, compliance, and service excellenceQualifications & Experience :- MBA (preferred) or equivalent post-graduate degree in Management/Operations- 18-22 years of experience in the IFM or allied services industry- Proven experience in leading large-scale operations and cross-functional teams- Exposure to both Indian and GCC markets is an advantagePersonal Attributes :- Visionary leadership with hands-on execution ability- Strong analytical and commercial acumen- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer success (ref:updazz.com)
