Role Summary
SGVPL is looking for a senior travel industry leader to head and scale our Tours & Travel vertical. This is a revenue-sharing, no fixed salary role with complete P&L ownership. The Business Head will drive strategy, sales, operations, and profitability for the vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage P&L for the Tours & Travel vertical
Drive revenue through B2B, B2C, corporate travel, holidays, and partnerships
Set up scalable sales, operations, and vendor frameworks
Build, mentor, and manage teams and channel partners
Ensure profitability, service quality, and repeat business
Ideal Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry
Prior leadership role managing teams of 100+
Strong background in business growth, operations, and vendor management
Entrepreneurial mindset with revenue-first approach
Comfortable with performance-linked, revenue-sharing model
Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote setup
