Job Summary:

The Selvan Clinic and The Selvan Hospital are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Head to oversee operations and drive strategic growth across our medical and pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the

pharmaceutical or hospital industry

, and be

willing to travel PAN India

as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the clinics and hospitals, ensuring high standards in patient care and service delivery. Develop and execute business strategies to enhance performance, revenue, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including doctors, pharmacists, administrative staff, and support services. Explore new opportunities for partnerships, expansion, and medical outreach across India. Monitor budgets, ensure cost-effective operations, and manage financial reporting. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain quality standards. Drive marketing and outreach initiatives for both hospital and pharmacy services. Travel across India as needed to oversee business development and partner networks.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in

hospital administration, healthcare management, or pharmaceutical operations

. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Willingness to travel frequently across India. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA preferred. Ability to manage multi-location operations and handle dynamic work environments.
